Refund Policy

Overview

At The Human Element, we aim to provide exceptional consulting services and ensure client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of the value of our time and expertise.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in a signed contract or statement of work.

  • A client cancels in advance of any work commencing, subject to any non-refundable deposit terms.

  • There was a clear error or double payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consulting hours or deliverables.

  • Strategy sessions or workshops that have been delivered.

  • Deposits explicitly marked as non-refundable in proposals or agreements.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of $100.

  • No-shows may be charged in full.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at dr.wiles@hrishard.com with:

  • Your name

  • Date of purchase/engagement

  • Description of the issue

We will review your request within 10 business days and notify you of the outcome.

5. Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests outside these terms at our sole discretion, with client satisfaction in mind.
